Palentological evidence indicates that around the 4th century BC, the inhabitants of these lands, called vaquos, began viticulture in Ribera del Duero.

After more than two thousand six hundred years, we have built this winery, with the name of these first settlers and precursors of viticulture in Ribera del Duero.

This is the origin of the name Vaquos.
